About you
We are looking for people with a friendly personality that have a desire to care for others. Previous experience in the care sector is preferred but not essential. Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, and must be able to commute within Chesterfield.
Duties
Duties include but are not limited to preparing meals and assisting with meal times, providing support with going to the toilet or managing continence care, and helping with bathing or showering. Administrative task include recording information on the visits and flagging up any potential issues.
Hourly Rates
0-6 months service- £11.35 per hour
6-12 months service- £11.45 per hour
12 months plus service- £11.60 per hour
Bank Holiday – £13.15 per hour
Sickness/Holiday cover – £12.30 – £14.00 per hour
Plus, 42p per mile
Shifts Available
Morning (07:00 to 11:30)
Lunch (11:30 to 14:30)
Tea (14:30 to 18:00)
Bed (18:00 to 22:00)
All our Carers work alternate weekends. You have the option to combine the above or work just single shifts. Contracted hours will be given on a permanent basis after passing probation according to the shift patterns you choose.
